John Eldridge serves as the Executive Director of Clinical Services for the Office of Population Health in the Johns Hopkins Health System. He has two decades of experience in acute care, critical care, and ambulatory clinical operations with a focus on care continuum integration. He has served in community, academic and national diversified health systems. In this role, he oversees clinical services teams and medical directors which provide care for approximately 50,000 attributed lives across multiple contracts. Areas of interest include value-based care, clinical programming, and service line development.
