Randa Halawani has been working in Healthcare for the last 20 years and now works for Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare in the Population Health Department, in the position of Nurse Team lead. Starting as an ICU nurse in Lebanon, Randa has had a distinguished career including being appointed nursing supervisor for the eastern region when working with SAMSO.
She has worked in many capacities including data development, human resource and administration and now as Nurse Team lead in care management division, Randa is working with her team to implement case management in the network facilities. She firmly believes that patient experience and feedback is the drive for case management process improvement and success.
