Before Your First Appointment

Before scheduling your first appointment for either you or an eligible dependent, you need to have a file location assigned to you. You do this by contacting Medical Records and requesting where you’d like your file to be located, i.e., Dhahran, Al-Hasa, or Ras Tanura. File location assignment is made based on Saudi Aramco policy G.I 0151.004.To contact Medical Records, use one of the following:

You will next need to select a Primary Care physician. Please note: If a physician’s patient list is full, you will be notified. To learn more about the JHAH physicians, visit the Physician Directory. If you do not select a Primary Care physician within one month, one will be assigned to you. A response could take a month and may not be approved.


Scheduling Your First Appointment

You schedule primary care appointments in advance or on the same day through one of the following:

  • Call the Centralized Contact Center: In Kingdom 800-305-4444, Out of Kingdom +966-13-877-3888. This automated, telephone-based system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Online at the myhome Corporate Portal to make or cancel a medical or dental appointment or to make a same day appointment (available after midnight).
  • Same day appointments can also be booked by going to Primary Care Clinic Reception early in the morning. Please note that same day appointments fill quickly.

Visit the Walk In Clinic

  • At the Walk In Clinic, you will be seen by an available physician (not necessarily your assigned physician).
  • These appointments are unscheduled, so you can expect to wait. During peak times, the wait could be two hours.
  • If it is not urgent, it is best to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care physician.

Please note that appointments cannot be made with specialist physicians. Referrals to specialists are made by your Primary Care physician based on medical need.


At Your Appointment

  • For you or your dependent’s first visit, bring any medication(s) you or the dependent are currently taking along with their available medical and immunization records.

After Hours: Walk in Clinic & Pharmacy Services

After Hours Walk in Clinic & Pharmacy Services are available at the following times:

  • Sunday through Thursday 4 p.m. – 8:30 pm.
  • Friday & Saturday and during Saudi Aramco holidays: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • Patients with medical emergencies should go to the nearest Emergency Room.
  • Patients requiring laboratory tests, a well physical exam or non-urgent care MUST schedule a regular appointment.

Please note that you will be required to show a government or company ID card to obtain your medications.
