Before Your First Appointment

Before scheduling your first appointment, you need to select your Primary Care physician. Use one of the following options:

Please note:
If you wish to change your assigned physician, you need to provide a valid justification using one of the contact options. Your request will be reviewed and you should expect an answer within a month.

Scheduling Your First Appointment

You can book a Primary Care appointment through one of the following options:

Please note:
To make an appointment at a specialty clinic you need a referral from your Primary Care physician. Referrals are based on medical need.

Walk-In Care Clinic

  • At the Walk-In Care Clinic, you will be seen by an available physician
  • These appointments are unscheduled so you can expect to wait
  • If your case is not urgent, we recommend to schedule an appointment with your Primary Care physician
  • Patients with medical emergencies should go to the nearest Emergency Room
  • Patients requiring laboratory tests, a well physical exam or non-urgent care appointments must schedule a regular appointment

Pharmacy Services

Please note that it is required to show a government or company ID card to obtain your medications.

If you have an active prescription and require a refill, you can either request the refill through MyChart or call the Centralized Contact Center: In Kingdom 800-305-4444, Out of Kingdom +966-13-870-3888.
