Appointed to the Board of Managers of JHAH

Dhahran – April 2018 - Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Company (JHAH) welcomes Nabeel A. Al-Jama’, Vice President of Human Resources, Saudi Aramco, and Suleman A. Al-Bargan Vice President of Domestic Refining & NGL Fractionation for Saudi Aramco to the Board of Managers. The appointments follow the departure of Ms. Huda Al-Ghoson former Executive Director of Human Resources, Saudi Aramco, and Mr. Emad M. Al-Dughaither, Managing Director, Saudi Petroleum Overseas Ltd., who have retired from the Board.

Commenting on the appointments the Chairman of the Board, Muhammad Al-Saggaf, Senior Vice President, Operations and Business Services, Saudi Aramco, said, “We are excited to welcome these seasoned leaders to our board. They have experience working with companies across a variety of industries and I am confident that they will make an important and positive impact.”

Mr. Al-Jama’ started with Saudi Aramco in 1980, during his career he has undertaken key roles across a diverse span of Aramco organizations including Vice President of Pipeline Distribution Terminals, Executive Director of Industrial Services, Administrator of Home Ownership & Community Development, General Manager of Training & Career Development, acting General Manager of Medical Operations, acting Director of Personnel and Executive Director of Community Services. Prior to being appointed to his current role, as Vice President of Human Resources with Saudi Aramco, Mr. Al-Jama’ was assigned to the Office of the Minister of Energy, Industry & Mineral Resources. Mr. Al-Jama’ holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Community & Regional Planning from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.

Mr. Al-Bargan has 36 years of experience with Saudi Aramco in both Upstream and Downstream facilities. In his current role, he is responsible for all domestic refining business in Saudi Arabia, including Saudi Aramco-owned refineries as well as domestic joint venture refineries and NGL Fractionation Centers in Ju’aymah and Yanbu’. Mr. Al-Bargan has served in critical roles for the company including President & CEO of Samref (Saudi Aramco’s JV with ExxonMobil in Yanbu’), General Manager of Jazan Refinery Complex, Manager of Oil Supply Planning & Scheduling (OSPAS), Director of Personnel, and Manager of ‘Uthmaniyah, Hawiyah, and Berri Gas Plants. Mr. Al-Bargan, has an MBA degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan Fellows Program, as well as a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
