Ehab has over 15 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, actuarial services, and healthcare. He has worked extensively in the Saudi market, providing a range of actuarial and strategic consulting services.

Before joining NCCoE, Ehab was the Managing Director of Milliman KSA, an international actuarial and health consultancy firm. He joined Milliman in July 2019, where he established its Riyadh office and managed its opportunities across all practices. Additionally, he led all of Milliman’s health projects in Saudi Arabia.

Ehab has led several national health projects, including benefit packages, funding, pooling, payment mechanisms, Umrah pilgrims' health premiums, Hajj health spending, national health costing standards, national health costing studies, and healthcare cost efficiency initiatives. He also led the financial workstream, which involved carving out clusters’ budgets and developing models to estimate structural adjustment grants (SAG), funded mandate budgets, and capitations.
