The Dhahran Children’s Medical Center offers a comprehensive suite of primary and specialty care services, all conveniently housed under one roof including 14 specialty clinics, and nutrition and diabetic educators.
Our center aims to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for children while ensuring parents feel comfortable and supported throughout their visit. From vibrant reception areas to thoughtfully appointed treatment rooms and child-friendly elevators, our facility is tailored to cater to the unique needs of young patients including those with special needs.

Our Primary Care clinics offer a wide array of child-friendly services and amenities. These range from dedicated immunization rooms, to hearing and sight testing, to the provision of play areas to keep them happy while you wait.
With our world-class facilities and expert medical staff, we are equipped to treat a broad spectrum of conditions affecting children.

Your Pediatric Primary Care physician will be your first port-of-call, as our pediatric specialty clinics are not a self-referral service. Your doctor will make a referral, if appropriate, after an initial consultation. You can then book an appointment with our specialists.
When you arrive at the clinic, we will check your child in. Within five minutes a nurse will carry out an initial clinical screening. The wait time to see a doctor will usually be around 15-20 minutes, and your appointment will last around 20-30 minutes.
If further procedures and/or laboratory tests are needed, these and any other follow-up appointments can be arranged by our care team, who are there to help from your first consultation through to offering ongoing support after your child’s treatment.
Qualified pediatric primary care providers are available seven days a week, 24 hours a day with our Care Anywhere telephone and video appointments.

After-hours, between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m., call 800-305-4444 to speak directly a pediatric primary care provider with no appointment necessary.
Note: After-hour telephone and video appointments become available for booking in MyChart, the day before or the same day.

Video and Telephone Visits are available for General Pediatric Care. Weekends: No service. Walk-in Care clinic for urgent non-life-threatening cases and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for emergencies.
