Dr. Alshaibani is the Chief Executive Officer of the Health Sector Transformation Program in Saudi Arabia. He leads a dedicated team responsible for strategizing and overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive program aimed at transforming and enhancing the nation's healthcare system.

Dr. Alshaibani graduated from King Saud University in Riyadh and completed his training in renal transplant and vascular surgery in Oxford, England. During his tenure at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center, he held various positions, including Executive Director of Medical and Clinical Operations.

Before his current role, he held key positions within the Ministry of Health, such as Deputy Minister for Planning and Transformation and Director of the Vision Realization Office.
