Dr. Mohammad Aljabr, M.D., is a Family Medicine Consultant and Physician Manager at the Care Management Division, Population Health Department in Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare Center. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and holds an M.S. in Executive Population Health Management. Dr. Aljabr is also certified in Value-Based healthcare. Dr. Aljabr is interested in healthcare reform programs and integrating accountable care organizations, population health management, and value-based care.
