Dr. Sharif Omar has held senior leadership roles within governmental, publicly traded, and private equity organizations. He has served as the regional CEO for fully integrated health systems that include tertiary and secondary hospitals, as well as a full range of ambulatory care services, including primary and specialty care, freestanding emergency rooms, imaging centers, and surgical centers.

Most recently, Mr. Omar served as Vice President of Strategy and Planning for the Eastern Health Cluster, the largest healthcare provider in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he held progressive leadership roles in the United States, working with the two largest for-profit healthcare companies in the country. For over a decade, he has served as the CEO of multi-hospital systems and has successfully launched Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and Clinically Integrated Networks.
