Director, Process Improvement
Esmat Abdelhadi (Esmat) currently serves as Director, Process Improvement Division, and a permanent member of the Accreditation Committee, Risk Management Committee, and CPR Committee in Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare. Esmat has a master’s degree in Quality and Patient Safety from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. He is certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) with more than 12 years of experience in healthcare quality and patient safety. He is an expert in quality improvement methodologies such as TQM, PDSA and Six Sigma. He oversees and leads healthcare quality improvement teams using A3 thinking, 8-step PDSA problem solving, FMEA and Lean. He is extensively involved in improving healthcare quality throughout JHAH supporting organizational key performance indicators and metrics, and closely associated with accreditation surveys/activities.
Esmat Abdelhadi will be speaking at JHAH’s 2023 International Quality and Patient Safety Symposium “Future Healthcare Through Patient Safety Innovation”, which will be held on March 19-20.
