Manal Mansour AlNimri is an accomplished digital health transformation leader and a pioneer in the implementation of healthcare technology. With a Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences from King Saud University, an Executive MBA from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College, and multiple certifications including PMP, ITIL4, and leadership credentials from Babson College and MBSC Executive Education, Manal has a robust academic foundation complemented by a wealth of practical experience.

Since 2014, Manal has been at the forefront of digital innovation in healthcare, starting as the Manager of Pharmacy Informatics and Automation at King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) in Riyadh. Her trailblazing journey continued as she became a consultant in the Central Committee of Pharmacy & Informatics at the Ministry of Health in April 2020, and later, a Consultant in eHealth and Digital Transformation. In 2022, she took on the role as Team Lead of HIS Adoption and Utilization, leading pivotal initiatives that align with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.

Manal's distinguished career is marked by significant accomplishments, including the introduction of the first centralized robotic system in the Middle East and the second worldwide, boasting a project budget surpassing 33 million riyals. Her innovative spirit led her to become the first Saudi female expert in robotics technology application within outpatient and inpatient settings.

Her work has not gone unnoticed, as evidenced by the "Outstanding Leadership in Improving Pharmacy Automation in MOH" appreciation certificate from the Saudi Ministry of Health and recognition for her active participation in the Digital Saudi Pavilion at the Comex Exhibition in Muscat, 2022.

Manal's recent research, "The Introduction of Robotics to an Outpatient Dispensing and Medication Management Process in Saudi Arabia," underscores her commitment to improving healthcare delivery through technology. This retrospective review reflects her dedication to performance improvement and the practical application of Six Sigma methodologies.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Manal is deeply invested in supporting national projects that positively impact society and bring the ambitious Vision 2030 to life.
