Watermelon Milkshake

An incredibly easy-to-make, refreshing watermelon milkshake. This delightful drink is rich in antioxidants, calcium, vitamin D and fiber, making it the ultimate treat to keep you cool and refreshed. It combines the juicy sweetness of watermelon with the creamy richness of milk, creating a perfect blend that is both hydrating and satisfying.

Ingredients (4 Servings - 1 cup each)

  • 2 cups of chilled low-fat milk
  • 3 cups of watermelon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 4 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Cut watermelon into cubes and remove seeds.
  • Add the watermelon cubes, milk and vanilla in a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients for 3 minutes until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the milkshake into serving cups and place an ice cube in each.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate.
