Pharmacy

At JHAH, we know it is important for you to quickly and easily refill a prescription, or find out more about your prescribed medication. Our MyChart online health portal enables you to arrange medication refills wherever you are, and can send you notifications when medication is available for you to collect or renew. You won’t have to travel far to collect your medication, as all of our clinics have a pharmacy where prescriptions ordered by our expert physicians can be conveniently filled.

Your voice can make a change

We are committed to providing you with the very best care and hospitality at all times. To help us achieve this – and make any necessary improvements – we encourage both patients and visitors to tell us about their experience with JHAH. Have your say by talking to members of staff who have cared for you, and by taking our patient satisfaction survey sent to you via SMS 72 hours after you’re discharge from the hospital.

Patient Relations

If there is a matter you wish to discuss with us in more detail – whether that is positive feedback about a member of staff who has “gone the extra mile” in caring for you, or something you feel we could have done better, our multilingual Patient Relations team would like to hear from you.

Contact us by calling our Centralized Contact Center on 800-305-4444 (in Kingdom) or +966-13-870-3888; writing to us; or by dropping into one of our Patient Relations offices, which can be found across our sites (ask at your local health center’s reception for details).

Find out about our opening hours at Visit Us. If you need to speak with us urgently out of hours, speak with a unit charge nurse.

Care Services

Laboratory services

If your Primary Care physician or specialist healthcare provider decides that tests are needed to more accurately diagnose your particular condition, you may be asked to provide a blood, urine, stool or tissue sample.

In most cases, you will receive your test results in one to eight hours, but be aware that less common tests – bacteria culture tests, for example – may take longer. To obtain your results, log in to MyChart, call us, or visit your closest laboratory, which will be open Sunday through Thursday. You can also request MyChart notifications that will inform you when your test results are ready for viewing.

Please note: upon collection of your results, you will be asked to provide two forms of identification.
