JHAH Coordination Offices

To better serve our patients, Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare has Coordination Offices at JHAH network provider locations.

 The JHAH Coordination Offices provide the following services:

  • Addressing patient feedback and concerns.
  • Facilitating the procedures of the medical approvals.
  • Provide support in referrals procedures to other hospitals.
  • Facilitating the procedures of the referrals to contracted retail pharmacies.

Morning: 7 a.m. to 12 noon

Evening: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
