Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare (JHAH) is expanding access to our world-class healthcare services to the broader community. We are now welcoming self-pay patients and those with premier insurance coverage, offering access to our exceptional medical care and advanced facilities at our Dhahran Health Center.

 

Payment Options

Insurance

We work with select premier insurance providers to ensure seamless access to our healthcare services. To receive care at JHAH:

  • Verify with your insurance provider if JHAH is included in your network of providers
  • Understand your policy's coverage details, including co-payments and any pre-authorization requirements
  • Any required co-payments must be made before service delivery
  • Bring your government-issued ID to your appointment
  • Insurance claims are handled directly between JHAH and your insurance provider

Self-Pay

We offer straightforward self-pay options for patients who prefer to pay directly for their healthcare services:

  • Initial cost estimates are available over the phone
  • Detailed treatment cost estimates can be requested from the Business Center following physician consultation
  • Payment is accepted via POS (Point of Sale) before receiving services
  • Bring your government-issued ID to your appointment

Accessing Our Services

Your journey to exceptional care begins at the JHAH Business Center:

All visits must be scheduled through the JHAH Business Center prior to arrival.

How to schedule an Appointment

To ensure a seamless experience, all self-pay and insured patients must schedule their appointments by calling the Business Center before visiting. This ensures a smooth registration process and minimizes delays during your visit.

  • Location: JHAH main entrance, Building 60, near the admission office
  • Phone: 800-305-4444 (Option 2)
  • Services: Schedule primary care and specialty appointments, complete check-in process and escort to respective clinics
  • Parking: Available in designated patient areas with complementary valet service option (if arriving within 30 minutes of appointment)

Getting to JHAH

Once your appointment is scheduled:

  • You'll receive a confirmation for access through Khobar and Dana Aramco gates
  • Please indicate if you'll be attending alone or with a companion during scheduling
  • For other visitors, access is available through the usual Aramco process via Dammam gate
  • Clinic walk-ins are available only for patients already on JHAH premises, subject to schedule availability

Anyone can schedule an appointment as a self-pay patient or through their insurance plan if JHAH is listed as a provider.

You can contact our Business Center at 800-305-4444 (select option 2) or visit us in person at the JHAH main entrance in Building 60 if you are on premises or have access.

Currently, services for insured and self-pay patients are only available at our Dhahran facility. We will announce when services become available at other JHAH locations.

Please check with your insurance provider to confirm if JHAH is in their network of providers.

You can pay out-of-pocket for any treatments not covered by your insurance.

Please refer to your insurance policy for specific co-payment details.

Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a confirmation for access through Khobar and Dana Aramco gates. Other visitors should use the Dammam gate following standard Aramco visitor procedures.

Please visit the Business Center desk at the JHAH main entrance (Building 60) to complete your check-in. Our staff will then guide you to your appointment location.

Yes, we offer designated patient parking areas and free valet service for patients with appointments within 30 minutes of arrival.

Please contact the Business Center for self-pay options or check with your insurance provider about coverage for dental services at JHAH.

For self-pay patients, one follow-up visit within 14 days of the initial visit is included for the same condition. Insurance patients should refer to their policy details.
