Booking Your Appointment

Primary Care appointments

• Plan your in-person visit in advance by booking an appointment conveniently through MyChart or by calling 800-305-4444.
• If you arrive at Primary Care without an appointment, an appointment will be scheduled for the same day (subject to availability). Booking in advance means you are less likely to wait.

• JHAH policy requires a parent or guardian to be present during an in-person or telephone visit for all patients under 18 years of age.

Specialty Care appointments

Once you are referred to a Specialty Clinic, you can schedule your first appointment for most Specialty Clinics on MyChart. Alternatively, you can call our centralized number 800-305-4444 to book a first or follow-up appointment.

Please note that follow-up appointments for Specialty Clinics can only be scheduled through the call center to ensure continuity of care with the assigned physician.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please use MyChart, call 800-305-4444 at least 24 hours before your appointment so that the appointment can be made available to another patient.

Dental appointments

To book a Dental Services appointment please call the centralized number 800-305-4444 to book a first or follow-up appointment.
