JHAH NetworkPlus is Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare's new service approval requests management platform for our patients who chose to receive their medical care through the Medical Designated Facilities (MDFs) Network.

Up until now, you have had to visit the Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare office at your registered network provider or call them by phone to get the status update on your service requests.

NetworkPlus is currently available for beneficiaries of the following providers:

  • Mouwasat Hospitals, (Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, and Jubail)
  • Almana General Hospitals, (Al-Hofuf, Dammam, Khobar, and Jubail)
  • Arrawdha General Hospital
  • Procare Riaya Hospital
  • King Abdulaziz Hospital Al-Hasa (National Guard Hospital)
  • Al Ahsa Hospital, Al-Hofuf
  • Almoosa Specialist Hospital, Al Mubarraz
  • Saudi German Hospital, Dammam

‘JHAH NetworkPlus’ will, for the first time, give you instant access to the status of your, your family’s, and your dependent’s service approval requests via a Members Portal, an easy-to-use platform based on industry-leading technology. The portal ensures you are much more informed and have greater visibility of how your medical program benefits you, your family, and your dependents.

There will be no change to the health benefits for yourself, your family, or your dependents, and any current or planned treatment will continue. You will remain with your currently chosen facility and as per your current medical program. You will continue to use the services you do now and receive the same quality healthcare.

You will need to register on the portal when you are accessing it for the first time to view the status of your service approval requests. If you don’t register on the portal, you will receive SMS updates through ‘NetworkPlus’ regarding the status of your service requests only if your mobile phone number is updated with Saudi Aramco Personnel.

To ensure time for all MDF Network Providers and patients to understand the changes and how to use the platform, JHAH is launching this portal to the different providers’ beneficiaries one by one before gradually introducing JHAH NetworkPlus across the MDF Network.

In the meantime, nothing changes. You will continue to use the services you do now and receive the same quality healthcare. JHAH will provide further information to support you ahead of the launch of JHAH NetworkPlus with your healthcare facility.
